The bolster rectangle is a comfortable cushion filled with buckwheat hulls to support your posture during meditation, yoga, stretching and sleep, both when sitting or lying down. It is widely used for restorative yoga poses, for example in the Supta Baddha Konasana position or, if you prefer, the reclined butterfly. The cushion has a zippered lining that allows you to add or remove buckwheat hulls. A cotton strap allows you to carry it with ease.

Two formats are available to meet your needs :

Medium format:

Stuffing:

The bolster is filled with buckwheat hulls from Quebec. In view of sustainable development, this stuffing has the advantage of being recycled, renewable, durable and compostable. In addition, buckwheat hulls are hypoallergenic, anti-mite and anti-bacterial.

After a few months of use, the volume of the new cushion is reduced by 5 to 10%. We can at this time add shells to restore the volume of the cushion. After a few years, it is a good idea to replace the shells with newer ones.

Maintenance:

Avoid placing the cushion on a dirty or dusty surface . To wash the cover, remove the lining and handwash with cold soapy water. Let the cover air dry and take this opportunity to air out the buckwheat hulls in the sun on a large cloth.
