Terms of Sale
We understand that shopping for therapeutic compresses and yoga & meditation cushions online can feel a bit tricky, and we want you to truly love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the following to know exactly what to expect.
This policy applies only to online orders placed on ammatherapie.ca. Products purchased through other retailers are subject to their own policies.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and shows no signs of wear or damage.
Please keep in mind that avoiding unnecessary returns is better for both the environment and our wallets. Take the time to make an informed choice, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, here’s how to initiate a return:
- Email us at info@ammatherapie.ca before returning any item
- Include your order number and the reason for the return
- We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1 to 5 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you originally qualified for free shipping but no longer meet the minimum after a return, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Final Sale Items
All items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Not sure what to do with a final sale item that doesn’t suit you? It might become someone else’s new favorite.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@ammatherapie.ca within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging, especially showing the issue or defect.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Product quality is a top priority for us, and we stand behind what we make.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ensure your package is delivered to a secure location where someone can receive it on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery is no longer under our direct control.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us at info@ammatherapie.ca within 7 days. We will do our best to open an investigation with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund if delivery is confirmed.
For packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us so we can initiate an investigation. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
