CONDITIONS OF SALE / Company policies

ONLINE ORDERS
Shipping and delivery

Standard delivery in Canada is free on orders of $150 CAD or more. Applicable shipping fees for orders are calculated at the checkout stage. Delivery is generally handled by Purolator or Canada Post. A confirmation email and a tracking number are sent once the order has shipped.

Availability of the products listed on the site

Products listed on ammatherapie.ca are generally available in stock. However, it can happen that a product offerred online is no longer available in our current inventory. The website reflects the availability of products at the time of the most recent inventory update. In the event of inventory discrepancies or delayed inventory updates resulting in the unavailability of the selected item, Amma Thérapie is committed to notifying the customer and refunding the purchase as soon as possible.

Cancellation or change of an order

It is possible to cancel a order if it is send since less than 24h and if it is pending at our online order processing center. Unfortunately, if your order is complete and has shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order and you must return the products once you receive them. If you wish to cancel your order, we invite you to communicate immediately with us by phone at 1-418-523-7735 (Monday to Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).

Manufacturing

We stand by our products and their high quality. If you notice a defect when you receive your item, please contact us to maximum of 48 hours from the moment of delivery at info@ammatherapie.ca or by phone at 1-418-523-7735 (Monday to Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted up to a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Amma Thérapie reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing a refund. To obtain a refund, you must first contact us for permission to return your item. If our sales department instructs you to return the item, the refund will take place once the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Shipping fees for returns are not refundable. Exchanges are only possible if you present your return to us in person at our office, as we do not ship exchanged items. NO RETURN AND NO REFUND FOR PROTECTIVE MASK.

DISCOUNTS AND EXEMPTIONS
Liquidation items and special orders

We have a final sale policy (no exchanges or refunds) on all items purchased at a discount, on special orders and on any discounted imperfect items.

Items purchased from a retailer

Items purchased from a retailer are subject to the policies of the company from which they were purchased. You must therefore contact that company directly for returns, exchanges or any other questions regarding your purchase.
