Instructions for use:

Warm therapy relieves dry eye, helps clear the airways during sinusitis and promotes relaxation. Microwave: Place the mask on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the mask for about 20 seconds depending on the intensity of the oven. Conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the mask on a cooking plate covered with parchment paper. Heat the mask for 10 minutes max. Do not use in a gas oven.

WARNING! Handle the heated compress with caution to avoid burns. Manipulate the compress and move its grains around to distribute the heat evenly. Always check the temperature of the compress before use by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you want to reheat the compress again while it is still warm, set a shorter heating time. Never leave a child under 3 years of age unattended with a mask. Do not leave a warm mask on the eyes for more than 5 minutes.

Cold therapy relieves inflammation, bruising, pain and migraines. Store the compress in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer so that it is ready to be used cold.

Remove the cover and wash it in cold water. The cushion inside is not washable in water.

FAQ

Do I absolutely have to heat or cool my eye pillow?

No, for relaxation and meditation in a lying position, it is recommended to use it at room temperature.

How do I wash my eye pillow?

Remove the cover before washing it (in cold water, lay flat to dry). The inner cushion is not washable in water, but you can gently rub the fabric with a damp cloth.

Is a washable cover available to protect the eye pillow?

In fact, it’s already included! And if you are a therapist and want to use it during your treatments, you can buy additional covers to change between each patient.

My eye pillow no longer smells like lavender, what can I do?

The scent can indeed diminish over time, depending on the use and storage of the eye pillow. If the scent has faded, gently press the grains with your fingers to crush the lavender flowers inside, and the smell will return. You can also add a drop of lavender essential oil to your eye pillow, avoiding direct contact with the eyes, of course.

What is the lifespan of my eye pillow?

It depends on how you use it and if you take care of it. Normally, it could last for years! Trust its appearance and smell. If everything is normal, it is still usable!

Can I keep my eye pillow on all night?

Yes, but since the eye pillow does not have an elastic band behind the head, it will slip off if you turn your head to the side. It is better to use the therapeutic mask for nighttime use.

I don’t like lavender, can I order an eye pillow without lavender inside?

Yes, just check the no-lavender option when purchasing from the online store. Note that the eye pillows in the store all contain lavender.
